Vallarta Yacht Club Beer Can Races Start November 20th!

Attention all fun-loving sailors! Our exciting Beer Can Races are back, kicking off on November 20th and happening every other week until January 29th. Starting again on February 19th every other week. That includes a New Years Day race! 
Whether you're here for the fast-paced action or to just enjoy getting out on the water with friends, this event is perfect for everyone.

Vallarta Cup is the traditional kickoff of the racing season in Banderas Bay. It is held 2 weekends in January. Get your boat ready for Banderas Bay Regatta!

Remembering Randy Hough

It is time for us to come together as a community to celebrate the life of our beloved Commodore, Randy Hough. Let’s all gather at the Club on Thursday, January 30, at 5 pm. We can raise a toast to Randy with his signature Cadillac Margarita, share our favorite ”Randy” stories, and enjoy a taco bar.

Cruise-Out to Barra de Navidad

Ready to go cruising? VYC is hosting a flotilla to Chemela, Tenacatita and Barra de Navidad from February 1-16, 2025 No structure, just a cruise in company to points south.
