The 23rd Annual Great Chili Cook-off

The Great Chili Cook-off is BACK! Join your friends and help some worthy charities. You'll be helping the judges determine the Most Popular Chili in Banderas Bay. It's all for the Cleft Palate Association and Beta Sigma Phi-Theta Mexico Chapter for Local Schools. Want to participate as a volunteer or add your chili team to the competition?

VYC Beer Can Race

Enjoy a casual little race with your friends! All boats welcome. No inscription, just bring the beer! Meet at the club bar after racing

Starts are off Marival Resort. First warning at 15:00.

Christmas Movie Night - National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation

Start the Christmas Weekend off right! and wear your best Christmas outfit to compete for prizes. Come down to the Club for a showing of classic Christmas Comedy "National Lampoon's CHRISTMAS VACATION" in the club's surround-sound cinema room!! Happy Hour 5:00 pm -6:30 pm. Dinner available from our menu. And as always, the popcorn is free!! Looking forward to seeing you there!!

Navidad en la Playa is now BOXING DAY ON THE BEACH!

For years, our friends at the VYC Outstation El Coral Restaurant have hosted our members on Christmas Day. This year, they have decided that they will close Christmas Day so their staff can be with their families this Christmas, which we wholeheartedly support! So, our traditional "Navidad en la Playa" is now BOXING DAY ON THE BEACH. We'll still head over to Las Animas Beach for a great time among friends, enjoying the warm water, the great beach, and the great food at El Coral Restaurant.

There are always boats with extra space for more passengers. We'll try to get there around noon. If you have extra space onboard, let Rudy know at 322 297-2222, or Andy at onthewater@vallartayachtclub.org. Likewise if you need a ride, just ask!
