The 2014 Annual Membership Meeting to be held at 10:00 a.m. on March 1, 2014 in the Vallarta Yacht Club clubhouse. All members in good standing are invited to attend. Outgoing officers and directors will present their reports to the membership, and there will be an election for officers and directors for the 2014-2015 season.
Laissez les bons temps rouler! Come down to VYC for a celebration of Mardi Gras! We'll have New Orleans style boiled shrimp, served the way they do it in Cajun country, and that great Mardi Gras music!

Vallarta Yacht Club
Latitude 38 will be at Vallarta Yacht Club for their annual Puddle Jump Send Off Party
Andy Turpin will be here to celebrate the next phase of the dream, taking pictures of Puddle Jumpers before you sail off to the South Pacific.
Come in to the club on Sunday, March 9th at 2:00 p.m. to watch our own member chefs Andy Barrow, Dee Cockerham, Leslie Baldwin and Geno Fletcher compete for the honor of being VYC’s Chopped Champion. “Chopped” is a high level cooking challenge where the chefs are required to use a basket of mystery ingredients known only to the MC to create an appetizer, an entrée and a dessert, and make it tasty and pretty enough to WOW the judges who will critique each of their dishes. Our judges are Gary Magee, our own famous Chef Israel, and Barbara Harper. If the dish the chefs create doesn’t “cut” it they will be chopped (one by one) until only the champion is standing. This is a free event so come to your club for a fun and entertaining afternoon.
