Be at the Start Line at 1:00 pm for the third and last race of the BBR.  Race Results posted at 6:00 pm on the VYC Official Race Notice Board at the VYC front entrance.

BBR Awards Celebration

Come one come all to the final event of the Banderas Bay Regatta - the Awards Celebration!  A full Mexican buffett, live music, dancing.  All for only $200 pesos!  Buy your tickets at the VYC or at the door at the event.  Music by Philo and the Mexican Shuffle Band.  Everyone's invited to the party!  On the beach at the Paradise Village Hotel.  Dress is casual - sandals and shorts for partying!

Luncheon Seminar Series - Eduardo Lugo, Marine Photographer

Eduardo Lugo will give a presentation on the marine life in Banderas Bay, especially dolphins.

Eduardo Lugo is a wildlife photographer with Wildlife connection with more than 18 years of experience working with cetaceans and more than 20 years as a naturalist photographer.

Eugenia Rodríguez (Maru) and wildlife photographer Eduardo Lugo, who have been doing whale research since 1991 and eco tours and whale watching guides since 1995 Wildlife Connection is a Mexican organization dedicated to the study and conservation of dolphins and whales. As part of their research activities and educational efforts, specialized tours are organized to offer general public an opportunity to experience a close contact with nature and its wild animals. In the company of professional biologists you can observe whales and dolphins living in the waters of Banderas Bay, marine turtles laying eggs on its beaches and exotic birds inhabiting the lush tropical forest. These tours, apart of their educational purpose, represent a source of funds for our research and conservation programs.

The VYC's weekly luncheon seminar series featuring fun and educational presentations. Dine in the company of adventurers (famous & infamous) who regale us with their yarns as well as experts, who fortify us with their practical knowledge.
