12:00 WesMex International Small Boat Regatta
VYC hosts the 11th annual WesMex International Small Boat Regatta. Over 250 competitors from all over Mexico and the world will be racing in Optimist, Laser, C420, RS:X and Techno 293 classes.
This is one of the biggest sailing competitions in Mexico. Racing starts February 26. Come and volunteer to help, or just head out to the beach and watch the spectacle!

Sponsored by Latitude 38 Magazine and held at Vallarta Yacht Club, this annual party is for folks who are heading for the South Pacific (and a few who might wish they were).
The club will be closed from 3-6 pm for this special event.

7:00 - 9:00 Nuestro Amigo Americano/My New American Friend
This is a film about the making of the "Night of the Iguana," which was filmed 50 years ago. It started Banderas Bay on the road to becoming a tourist attraction. It's in Spanish and English, with subtitles in English when Spanish is spoken and English when Spanish is spoken. Admission is free.
