status of nominations for candidates for the 2026-2027 Vallarta Yacht Club
Board of Directors and it has a call for volunteers.

Notice we said “running”, not “returning.” That’s
because any flag or gold flag VYC member can become a candidate for any office
except Commodore. A candidate for Commodore must have served at least one year
on the board. There will be a ballot where there can be more than one
candidate for a given position, and there will also be a space for
write-ins. The deadline to get on the ballot is March 1 but the
ballot will permit write-ins.
