The Jazz was awesome!
One hundred and fifty delighted club members, friends and their guests, are still raving about the fantastic food and magical music. The event was totally sold out! Unfortunately, We had to turn some people away at the door for dinner.
A special thanks to Tom, his friends, Chef Israel and the staff, who truly made the evening magical. The Jam session was again core driven by Tom on keyboards and his friends, Lazaro Poey on drums from Cuba and Marcos Milagres on electric bass from Brazil. Guest Jazz saxophonist Henri joined the group for the second set and was followed by the very lovely Jazz vocalist Deni for the third set. You can view the photo gallery of the event here.
Jazz music fans will be treated to one more very magical evening by Vallarta Yacht Club Member and renownd Jazz Keyboardist, composer, Tom Coster and friends at the club. Tom played with Carlos Santana in the 70’s and 80’s and currently is an 18 year member of the jazz group Vital Information led by former Journey drummer Steve Smith.
