We are pleased to announce the return of Tom Coster and his orchestra in a series of jam sessions for the 2009/2010 Season!

This season's concerts are scheduled for March 29 and April 19 2010.

Dinner will be served at 6PM and the Concert begins at 7 PM.

Make your reservations early as these events are always sold out!

Price for dinner and the concert is $375 Pesos for Members and $500 Pesos for Non-Members.

Here is a brief set of excerpts from the December 14th performance (shown with Tom's permission).

The big news is that Tom Coster has recorded a new CD here in Vallarta, "Suave", featuring - Tom Coster: Keys/Vocal, Marcos Milagres: Electric Bass and Lazaro Poey: Drums & Percussion.  Tom will have copies of the CD for sale at the concerts.

Tom:

"This project was inspired by the people of Nuevo Vallarta.  I truly enjoyed performing at the Yacht Club last year and had many people request a CD of the band.

I came down this summer between tours and recorded the project in Vallarta at a friends studio.

The project involves the same musicians I performed with at the club.  Marcos Milagres on bass and Lazaro Poey on drums & percussion.

My goal was to capture the feeling of a "live performance" with the same energy and passion we play with at the club.  I am also singing on a tune I composed for the Yacht Club called "The Yacht Club Blues."  It's my first time singing on a recording.

All the tunes are originals along with a unique arrangement of Europe a composition written by Carlos Santana and myself.

The music is "fusion" which is a combination of Jazz, Rock, Latin and Funk.  This is the music I love to play because it is a musical adventure every time we play.  We can be creative without any musical boundaries."
